They forgot to define search path for libraries:
env LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$(pwd)/bin ./launcher.sh

sooo... It's crashes all time...
если раньше хотя бы полчаса можно было поиграть в парочку доступных карт, то с увеличением их количества игра выпадает сразу после старта карты. как вам прикрепить краш репорт?

for everyone who can not play 0.63 at all: it seems to be the launcher. you can try to use the scripts from 0.62 and change the cfg version, that works well(for me)

Is there a problem with using memory that has already been allocated for cache ? Since I can't run certain maps when I have my memory filled with browser cache for example. But it's not like that memory isn't available, at least other programs don't have any problems getting some if needed. I am running ubuntu 10.04 with the latest updates and kernel.
The console output is usually like this:
Game unpaused
Timer resumed
Received signal SIGSEGV, invalid memory reference
AL lib: ALc.c:1879: exit(): closing 1 Device
AL lib: ALc.c:1808: alcCloseDevice(): destroying 1 Context(s)
AL lib: ALc.c:1420: alcDestroyContext(): deleting 256 Source(s)
AL lib: ALc.c:1427: alcDestroyContext(): deleting 4 AuxiliaryEffectSlot(s)
AL lib: ALc.c:1818: alcCloseDevice(): deleting 4 Buffer(s)
AL lib: ALc.c:1825: alcCloseDevice(): deleting 16 Effect(s)
AL lib: ALc.c:1832: alcCloseDevice(): deleting 256 Filter(s)

When I run the game after a fresh boot with absolutely free ram, it runs perfectly. Also, I hate that I can't alt+tab my way out if I have to.

Cool. Im wondering if development time is going to be beefed up since it's nearly June, the new anticipated launch date. Of course I'd rather have the game all polished up. For some reason it seams the Heaven benchmark still has far greater detail than this game so I hope I'm proved wrong with the end result of OR. Love the new explosion effects though!

Both Linux and Windows. Mac OS X version has the old launcher yet.

./launcher.sh

No, all files are in place but the problem exists. It's caused by two missing lines in the launcher script. Fixed, uploading 0.631 shortly.

thank you. at first I was waiting for the gui launcher that you told us, but it didn't come out, thanks to the launch script I still can play the game. ;)
