Maybe you should try to get IGN to do a story on it? That would really be good! Also, how do you plan to distribute the official release? I guess I'm saying do you intend to sell it in a CD forum, or just download? And, let me get something straight. The pre-orders only get the pre-builds right? And then when the game is released we will have to rebuy? Sorry, I this is the first time I have ever pre-ordered a game so I don't really know the whole processes!

That's an incredibly low amount of preorders for a game of this quality. Once I've been able to do the fix for Nvidia card users, the game is incredibly solid. With a title like that, you can be bold when promoting it, it's an impressive game most people wouldn't expect unless they play. People might think it's just a great engine, but after trying it the gameplay is really good.

Word of mouth will probably really help your sales only after the introduction of online multiplayer (that's when people will tell their friends to buy it so they can play together online); hopefully at that time the speed of the preorders will really pick up.

Many Linux sites talking about the games but almost any gaming site or magazine not talking about those Windows does not know.
