I downloaded yesterday "Heaven Benchmark" for GNU/Linux. When I try to launch it, it fails.
I guess some persons don't know what's the problem. So, I decided to modify the launcher myself.
The old one is:
#!/bin/bash cd ./bin ./launcher_x86 -config ../data/launcher/launcher.xml
Here the new version:
#!/bin/sh cd bin ARCH=$(uname -m) if [ "$ARCH" = x86 ]; then ./launcher_x86 -config ../data/launcher/launcher.xml elif [ "$ARCH" = x86_64 ]; then ./launcher_x64 -config ../data/launcher/launcher.xml else echo "The architecture is unknown. Heaven Benchmark is compatible with x86 / x86_64." echo "The program will now close." fi
Now, it works. I hope that Unigine Staff will see this topic. It could help to improve the final product.
