Licence limitations

I'm about to buy this game, but first I'd like to ask few questions!
1) How many computers can I install the game on?
2) How many times can I reinstall the game on the same hardware?
3) Is the licence linked with the NIC's MAC? If so what will happen if my NIC will stop to work?
4) Will I be able to use the game on different Linux Distros if I choose to install it from the Ubuntu Software Center?
5) What will happen if I clean up my pc and do a fresh OS installation? Will I be able to download again the game from your server?
Thanks in advance!
Best Regards,
Alessio.

No DRM at all.
Means:
1) infinity
2) infinity
3) No. (No DRM at all.)
4) No. USC is USC and will only work on USC.(Only Ubuntu and some approved Ubuntu derivates.) (If you like buy it from Unigine Store. You will also get DEB packages for easy install on Ubuntu and such. And normal SH-file for any else Linux. And also binaries for Mac and Windows. And a key for Steam. And a key for Desura (which also runs on Linux))
5) Yes. ( If you buy it from Unigine Store. If you won't buy it from there, then you need to get it from the store you bought it from.)
Have fun!

Thank you Urfoex for your help!
Just one last question:
- Will I be able to download the software again also after years or there is a time limitation?
Best Regards,
Alessio.
That heavily depends.
1) Will there be Internet?
2) Is Unigine still alive?
3) Does Steam, Desura, USC, ... still exist?
4) Do we survive after 20.12.2012 ? ;-)
For now there is no limit and no cap.
You can download how often you like. And make backups how much you like and where you like.
So to be sure to be able to play it in years you should make a backup.
Or wait some more days and buy the retail version. Then you get a box with a CD/DVD and don't need to depend on the Internet. (Still CDs/DVDs won't last forever and will take damage over time ;-) )

Well, I did know about this troubles, and I've already taken them into account.
I just care about legal limitations ;)

Sure I can wait for the retail version... but:
1) Will the retail version include Linux binaries?
2) Will it have additional costs?
3) If I'll buy the retail version will my purchase support the "Linux side" of this game?
I think it will be easier to download the game and make a personal backup, isn't it?
Finally I wuold like to say :
"The licence it's fantastic (I really hate DRM)!"
Best Regards,
Alessio.

1) I think so(I think I read it somewhere), the box art indicates it too http://www.pcgamesha...ie/?iid=1619080

2) It may cost a bit more, as a physical box/DVD needs to be produced, the resellers want to earn money, too… (so it can be 20$ or more)
3) not more than by buying in the unigine store (as you never directly choose for which OS you would like to buy the game)
when you do a personal backup, download it for every OS, so later(if the shop is unavailable) you can install it on the OS you like
