Да потому, что это самая красивая RTS на воде.

So far:

The different unit upgrades you get with chapter progression (standard?)
Tech Tree upgrades (again with progression)
No timer for missions (only played up to chapter 2)
can regain oil platforms, when they've been captured by enemy
Game doesn't end if you've lost a platform (unless I can't remember!)
Good pacing overall

graphical content nice and varied - rig setups, enemy defence (chapter 2)
Location and atmosphere/environmental/weather effects
Chapters look and feel different so far (only done ch1 on ch2 halfway through)

why isnt there a dislike section?

its a cool game but has some real issues like u use 90% of the time just minimap, 10% for checking on mainscreen the enemy army composition, that makes that game every boring over time :(

and if u loose a big fight in the first somewhat minutes and enemy caps like hammerhead and fortifies u prolong the game by 15min untill u unevadably loose :(
he then got more xp, faster superunit or faster last techtree upgrade and so on...

I like the game because it offers a more casual macro intensive gameplay alternative for RTS players, I used to be really into RTS games but after a while I couldn't sleep after playing them and I just found that I couldn't enjoy them in a casual sense, but when I play oil rush I can easily enjoy watching my units, I don't think it will ever rival the tactical play of a larger RTS, but I don't think I want it to.

I love this game because I always wanted a game with the plot of waterworld: world flooding because the ice melted, and because of the stunning graphics
